What it detects

Identifies visitors routing traffic through Tor exit nodes. Tor is commonly used to evade geographic restrictions and mask identity, making it a key signal for fraud detection and compliance.

How it works

Maintains a regularly updated database of known Tor exit node IP addresses. Checks visitor IP against this list in real-time at the edge. Also detects Tor-associated ASNs and network patterns that indicate Tor usage even when the exit IP isn't in the current database.
